Payment of services is due at the time of treatment. This can be accomplished by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. For major procedures, we do offer no interest payment plans for qualified individuals through Chase Healthcare Financing and Care Credit.

Your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company. No dental insurance covers all dental costs.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit the charges to your insurance carrier and will do our best to estimate your cost at the time of treatment.

All appointment times, in any dental office, are limited and valuable to both the patient and the doctor. In order to ensure the dentists, staff and other patients are not penalized by those who fail to keep scheduled appointments; we ask that a 24 hour notice be given for broken appointments. In the event that a 24 hour notice is not given a $30 cancellation fee will be charged.
